IN the Market
The Market

The products and services that we provide for our clients are the bread and butter of our business. Obvious, I hear you say! You would think so..! How come then, if it is so obvious, do we spend so little time looking at the market forces around us. The external environment (or market) is constantly changing and these changes affect what we do and how we do it. We are often forced to react to changes in the market after the event rather than seeing change coming and being ready for it.

Good quality marketing is about more than just advertising. Analysis of the external environment in which we are working allows us to preempt changes that affect our products. Resources can then be targeted at changing the product appropriately, or moving your company’s expertise into new markets.

The Product

You may know that you have the best product or service in town, but to the average man or woman in the street this may not be self evident. It is therefore essential that time and resources are allocated to promote the product in the most effective way. At INCS we believe that a good marketing strategy must be underpinned by a sound knowledge of the market.

At INCS we can:
  • Carry out market research and provide advice
  • Help to maximise the potential of your service or product
  • Develop and review pricing strategies and structures
  • Undertake scenario planning and provide analysis
  • Develop a marketing plan that provides the overview of where and how your service or product will be targeted and promoted

All our marketing services are bespoke to the individual needs of the client and will be laid out in a marketing proposal document.
